Summon pity calculator

Plan gem budgets for a target unit (or rate-up slot). Presets are planning estimates — set Custom when you know the real rate / pity from the banner UI or official Wiki. Hard pity model matches our trait calculator.

Use the calculator above to answer: how many gems for a shot at this banner target?

Presets are planning estimates, not a mirror of every live banner rate table. When the game UI or official Wiki shows a different % or pity, switch to Custom.

How to read results

Output Meaning
Pulls in budget Floor(gems ÷ cost per pull)
Chance of ≥1 hit Independent pulls; hard pity can force 100%
Expected pulls / gems Average cost to first hit with hard pity
~50% / ~90% Rough bank size for those confidence levels
Until pity Pity − progress, and gem cost for that stretch

Hard pity model: if you never hit by pull pity, that pull is treated as guaranteed (same idea as the trait calculator).

Practical rules

  1. Do not pull blind — check tier list first.
  2. Bank for holes — if your clear team is incomplete, prioritize utility over FOMO skins.
  3. After you pull — put free code Trait Rerolls on the new main, not on fillers.
  4. Re-check rates every patch — banners change.

Disclaimer

Unofficial planning tool. Drop rates and pity rules are owned by the game; always verify in-game before spending large gem banks.

Frequently asked questions

Are the summon pity rates official?

Presets are planning estimates for gem budgets. Always confirm live banner rate-up % and pity in the game UI or official Wiki before spending a large bank.

How does hard pity work in this calculator?

If a pity value is set, the model treats that pull as guaranteed if you have not hit earlier. Soft pity ramps are not modeled — use Custom if you only know a soft curve.

What is gems per pull?

The cost of one single summon in gems (or equivalent currency). Multi-pulls are just N × single cost in this planner.

Should I pull every featured unit?

No. Check the investment tier list first. Bank gems for SS/S holes in your clear team rather than every FOMO banner.

What do I do after I pull the unit?

Evolve and trait the unit if it is a long-term main. Use free code Trait Rerolls and the trait odds calculator — do not spread RR across fillers.
